Relatively good buffet restaurant

The best buffet in the area, but you should make reservations in the evening, often despite the size it is full and the next customers are already waiting.

We entered the restaurant around 8:30 p.m. on the assumption (after telephone consultation) that the buffet was open until 9:30 p.m. and the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. ..., unfortunately the buffet was only 1 / 4 filled. In addition, a plate at the "fresh cooking" bar was unfortunately completely salty. The service was friendly so I give two points. The rest was unfortunately not sufficiently assessable in my opinion because it simply does not exist. It's a shame.

Eating well so far, sometimes a little at the buffet or not long enough on offer at the weekend. Operation seems a bit chaotic, sometimes it takes someone to come and then come in a short time several operations. Setting for a Greater pleasant restaurant after all. Good evening, Was in the Imperial for the first time. Nice china restaurant. Staff very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, there wasn't much sushi as expected. Still, the food was delicious. 4 stars because many dishes were empty and cold. lg

Great overall experience

Great at first glance. Very large selection of food, but somehow everything tastes the same and mostly comes from the deep fryer and is served more cold than warm. Very expensive drinks and all my clothes had to go to the washing machine at home because everything smelled of fat.

Change your staff as they are downright racist and hostile. My wife complained that when she ordered tea, they just poured hot water on the leaves and charged a full new pot. The (Chinese) managing lady started shouting that this wasn't China and my wife was pushed out by the tattoo-ed waiter and another gentleman from the kitchen. She was upset when she came out so I went in to ask what had happened. They claimed that my wife had threatened to hit the managing lady which would be impossible because her hands were full with the dog carrier and her handbag. Besides, I know my wife, she would never hit anyone. When I asked why they made up a story, the same tattooed young boy made a threatening gesture to me and shouted that I had to leave. Of course they could not tell me to go back to China as they had shouted to my wife (who has the Austrian nationality by the way). I just stood there and ultimately decided to leave as a pot of tea wasn't worth getting verbally and physically threatened for.

Very good food for the price. The staff could have been a bit more polite but over all the experience was good. It is buffet style so if you come hungry you can really get a lot of food!

Cheap prices nice local food was good but not outstanding

There is an All You Can Eat bar there with a lot of selection (for vegetarians not the best, Bitbuerg you‘ll not leave hungry as they have lots of fresh fruits and veggies). You can even choose your own meat and seafood for them to grill for you. It‘s also not too expensive. Not my favorite though because it is really loud and the food (except for the grilled food) is average (maybe slightly above average).

Great Chinese Buffett in a country that doesn't really care for buffetts. American expats pining for home must visit this place.

Staff is always very accommodating and friendly. Selection is good and quality is high . We keep going back again and again .

The visit last night and the journey from Trier were definitely worth it. I can fully recommend the restaurant. Whether Mongolian grill, Chinese buffet or the choice of desserts. Everything was plentiful and tasted very good. The service was courteous and friendly. The decor is very modern and it is very clean. There is enough parking space at the restaurant or on the side street. After dinner we stood outside the door for a short time and without knowing him, the boss of the house approached us in passing and asked us whether we were satisfied. What more do you want.

Great selection and plenty of areas that are sectioned off with adequate seating as well.

Good food but busy. Even though we had reservations, we were rushed through our meal and had another family standing in the hall outside the room to take our table after we paid. Hopefully the hype will die down and it will be more relaxing in the future.

This place is good for people like to eat a lot of meat. The concept is fine with a lot of space for everyone. Unfortunately it is not much vegan friendly. They don't have atleast one meal with tofu.

If you are American and miss Chinese buffet, this is the place for you. Drinks are a little pricey, but overall worth it.

Good food. Make a reservation, wait times are long. Drop off your plate for the Mongolian BBQ then grab some starters.
